WHO we are and WHAT we stand for
We are a local Wimberley, employee-owned company that strives for total customer satisfaction. While offering a wide range of heavy equipment land improvements, we also partner with several other trades to accommodate every need. We not only service the local Wimberley area but also provide our services to a broad region including, but not limited to Hays, Comal, Travis, & Williamson counties. Our Managing Partners, Blake and Chris, met while volunteering after the Memorial Day flood here in Wimberley. Chris donated his time and equipment to help people that were affected by the devastating flood. After a month of volunteering with Chris' equipment and Blake's operating skills, along with the amazing Team Rubicon organization, they were able to make an impact on several members of our community that were left helpless after the flood. Once the volunteer work ended they decided to continue as a team to provide heavy equipment land improvement services to the hill country we all love so much.
